Good location - nice balcony

The property and restaurant need a thorough cleaning and renovation. The paint was peeling off and lying in the staircase. Walls grim with dirt

This lovely hotel has an air of faded charm. It is right on the beach, I mean you can step down a ladder from the restaurant and you're in the sea. Our corner room was on the second floor and had a huge private balcony overlooking the sea and the busy little beach alongside the hotel. Perfect for people watching and enjoying the sunset. The room was big and comfortable, nice shower and a fridge. Big sea view directly from the bed! We ate at the hotel for dinner which was very good. I enjoyed the King coconut wine, it's sweet and delicious before or after dinner. You also get discount in the restaurant if you're a hotel guest. Despite being in the centre of Hikkaduwa, our room was quiet apart from the sound of a sea.

There was no bedside table.

Located directly on the beach, balcony to the sea; large, excellently equipped, impeccably clean and perfectly maintained room; short walk from the best snokelling spot; nice owners and staff; very nice fruit pancakes, unfortunately did not have the chance to take dinner; overall exceeded our expectations - will come again!

The location, on the beach, on the waters edge, ...absolutely superb!

This hotel is WOW !! Everything is superlative. Superb room with a fabulous view, very nice bathroom with hot water, cleanliness everywhere, luxury. At the restaurant, the food is extremely good, we ate every day and everything was SUUUUUPEEER! Wonderful hosts and certainly the first time we come to Sri Lanka from the airport, we come directly here

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, the staff was nice and helpful. We had a view on the ocean from our balcony on the top floor which was magnificent. We recommend this accommodation.

The room was a bit noisy as it is situated just next to the main road which is definitely a busy one with a big traffic.
