The property is in good location and the washroom is unexpectedly clean

I tried to write the property two days prior my check in date to ask about early check in possibility but nobody cared to reply. Once I arrive there early around 6 am then the receptionist simply reply they charge for early check in (that’s unprofessional) The only language they speak is Hindi The basic amenities are available, but the professionalism they showed with the early check-in policy, similar to a star hotel, doesn’t match(hair and marks everywhere on bed) the way the bed in my room looks.
