The shower tap was too tight and could not be easily used Tea bags and coffee was not replaced, until asked

It is not at all like shown in the photos. The place is not clean. Extremely noisy till late at night. Don't know how it has so many good reviews. Do not recommend stay. The staff is just there. Neither courteous or friendly.
