Hot water tap not working room 308, ac not working , they set temperature 24 only (we can’t decrease or increase)

The room ambience was very nice I liked it so much and mainly housekeeping was good. The hotel from outside looks like a small hotel but while entering into the hotel you know how big it is. The hotel's cleanliness and housekeeping was good. I have observed in this hotel that no boy is asking for the tip . I have shock no one has asked really it was very professional. I have enjoyed very lot thanks for all The Landmark hotel.

Increase furniture in the room like a study table provide a scenery frames with a positive vibe. Provide a jade plant or some other plant in the room It brings a good vibe for the customers who are staying in the hotels.

Cleanliness and room service

No prepayment. The staff was friendly. No disturbance. We were asked to pay 1000 extra for early check-in but the room was good. They changed the room on our request and gave a one which has a balcony for ventilation. This was a good stay after a long time. I would recommend it to anyone who is traveling here, the location is good.
