Staff were okay but .....(Read below)

There were innumerable bed bugs on the bed and room. The geyser was giving a shock through the water. If you read the previous bad-rated reviews of this hotel, you will see that many people have complained about bed bugs and cockroaches in the room. They have also complained about electrical problems and electric shock through the geyser. This was in all rooms but mainly in room no. 308. But to date the two problems remain uncorrected. The owners' response to those reviews are just a lip service with no real willingness to make things comfortable for guests. The hotel is extremely old and lacks safety as regards electrical connection and health. The place needs urgent pest control and electricity circuit checking and corrections. Housekeeping is free at hotels but the person doing it was asking me for tip. Unprofessional attitude. All people do not come there for tourism. Guests have their own problems. Therefore, request to teach your staff to not ask for tips. This is a wrong behaviour and should be stopped. Don't want just a lip service. Do pest control of whole property first and correct the geyser in room 308.
