Avana- A Boutique Hotel

Even though rooms were empty and early check-ins and late checkouts could have been provided, we were upsold to higher price rooms for early check in and no late checkout.

I liked the location, it was at a prime location. The staff were good, they guided me with all the procedures. The food was also good.

I didn't like the fact that they didn't have the very basic handwash in the bathroom. Also, the kettle was broken so it was difficult to handle. It was a double bed room so atleast 2 towels for bathing should have been kept in the room. They only had one towel and one hand towel in the room.

I liked it since its very near by to us visa consulate.

The property is new and very well maintained. The check-in was smooth. Rooms are decent sized and neatly maintained.

Few small things like soap was missing which staff promptly provided when asked. Breakfast is currently provided from 8 am onwards. It would be great if they can start serving from 7 am onwards.
