The rooms were awesome and super clean and they smelled really good. The hotel staff was awesome specially the owner Mr Jitendra, a very kind humble man.

I liked everything except just the location is inside a street.

The property management is doing an amazing job managing this property - very prompt and helpful staff. The property in itself is very beautiful and has a nice terrace with a view! Must recommend for folks visiting Jaisalmer

This family run small hotel in Jaisalmer is a gem and we are so happy to have found it. It is situated in a new building and managed to a very high standard. The high quality furnishings, the spacious rooms, the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms are exemplary. The shower had good pressure and the bed linen was white and soft. Despite its small size, this hotel clearly strives to match the offerings of much bigger hotels: here you will also find bathrobes and slippers, full sets of toiletries and plenty of well-laundered towels, plenty of bottled water in big bottles, good wi fi connectivity and a turn-in service in the evening. Most importantly, the hotel provides excellent service from family team capably led by the charismatic Mr Jitendra Bissa. We were given clear information about the house rules and timings (also clearly displayed in the room) as well as some aspects that were out of their control and suggestions how best to manage those. I felt very safe throughout and very comfortable having an open and respectful dialogue with our hosts about our needs and wishes. We found the little rooftop restaurant with a fort view superlative, providing an excellent complimentary breakfast, with the best pancakes - substantial and very tasty. It also offers lunch and dinner, which were excellent and reasonably priced. Most importantly, they state that they cook their food using purified and triple-filtered water, signalling their attention to the foreign tourists' need to be mindful about what they drink or consume to avoid stomach upsets. The hotel offers a money exchange service, which was very useful to us. It also organises desert safari trips - we went on the dinner camel safari, which we found to be unforgettable (and reasonably priced). Following an exciting jeep drive through the scrubby bushlands, we enjoyed the camel ride through the dunes and were prepared a tasty meal under the stars by our driver Kabir and our camel handler Samboo Singh.

There really isn't anything that I could suggest in terms of improving the quality of the hotel facilities or services on offer. It is probably useful to be aware that the hotel is situated in a quiet side street, away from the hustle and bustle of the main city areas (a big bonus) but it is in the vicinity of other hotels being currently constructed (using stonemasons and manual labour so there was no noisy disruption whatsoever). So, the view from the back is one of scrubland and you get full privacy on your little balcony should you wish to get some fresh air.

Our stay at Jasmin Home was outstanding: great and helpful staff, delicious food, spacious and super clean rooms, comfortable bed, ... When staying there, you should talk to the hotel manager for ideas and recommendations. He organized a desert safari just for the four of us which was a unique and special experience! Highly recommended!

The hosts were extremely welcoming. The rooms were very clean. Food was good. Loved the place overall. They even have a place for parking
