ロケーションは素敵だった(海側の部屋だと朝窓から桜島が見えました)！

今回は宿泊子どもも含め４人、２ルームで予約しました。子どもは中高生なので料金も普通に払っています。なのにも関わらずアメニティが各部屋1人ずつしかセットされておらず、フロントに伝えにいくと「ルーム清掃の人に伝えていたんですけど…」と言い訳を聞かされ、人のせいにするフロントスタッフに大変残念でした。バスルームにも髪の毛が落ちているなど清潔面、出入り口の扉の閉まりが悪い等でも難点がありでした。
