"せっかくの家族旅行だったのに、最悪でした"

全くありません

駐車場を地図で指定されたのに、全く違う箇所を指示されて、危うく罰金を取られそうになりました。 それを、フロントに伝えると、お年寄りの方（シルバー人材かな?）が窓口で、「私は、目が見えにくいので分からないと。」 「この仕事やりたくないのに、やってくれと無理にさせられてる」と、呆れて、「じゃ、他の人を出してください。」と伝えると、「みんな帰って、自分ひとりだ」このような対応どう思いますか？ また、部屋は汚く、テーブルはほこりがたまっているし。Wi-Fiのつながりも悪い。内線電話も壊れております、フロントにもつながらない。 全くもって、びっくりのホテルでした。 二度と宿泊したくないと思いました。
