Buffet breakfast, good location, access to parking lot is a bonus. The young lady at reception was very friendly and understanding.

The hotel needs better maintenance, the rooms are at least a decade out of date, beaten up, and really need to be renovated and updated. Some things work, others don't, which is a common theme in Bulgaria.
