Учтив и любезен персонал на рецепцията,както и сервитьорите в ресторанта.Много чисто и приветливо място.Локацията е чудесна- близо до центъра и доста от забележителностите в града.

Всичко беше чудесно,бих отседнала отново тук...

מלון פשוט שמתאים לחניית ביניים בין האתרים התיירותיים בבולגריה. קיבלתי חדר טווין גדול ומרווח, שענה לצרכים שלי. ארוחת הבוקר היתה טובה ומגוונת מאד, כללה ירקות ופירות, גבינות, חמוצים, זיתים, סלטים שונים, דג הרינג וכל מיני דברים קטנים שפחות רואים במלונות אחרים. Hotel Palas is simple, suitable for one night between tourist sites in Bulgaria. I got a large and spacious twin room, that was comfortable for my needs. The breakfast was good and varied, including vegetables and fruits, cheeses, pickles, olives, various salads, herring fish and sorts of little things that you don't see in other hotels.

לא נתנו מראש מידע על מיקום החניה למרות שביקשתי במעמד ההזמנה. החניה נמצאת בפינת הרחוב ליד המלון, והרחוב מול המלון עמוס ובקושי מאפשר עצירה עם רכב כדי להוריד מזוודות. בנוסף, המלון ערך מסיבה באולם חדר האוכל, עם הגברה ומוזיקה כמו בדיסקוטק, עד חצות, וזה כשלעצמו נתן הרגשה של חוסר התחשבות בלקוחות המלון שלא באו לחגוג במסיבה הזו ונתן הרגשה של מלון מסוג נחות. המלון מיושן, בכניסה למלון וגם למעלית קיימות מדרגות, דבר שלא נוח בעליל ומסכן את האורחים. המקלחת בחדר שקיבלתי היתה מוגבהת והיה קשה מאד לטפס אליה בעליה והירידה, ולצערי בירידה אף החלקתי וקיבלתי מכה קשה מאד. אין לי ספק שלקוחות אחרים נחבלו שם לא פעם מאותה סיבה. לתשומת לב המלון לשים שטיחים מונעי החלקה! They did not give advance information about the parking location, even though I requested it when I made the reservation. The parking is on the corner, and the street in front of the hotel is busy and barely allows stopping with a car to drop off luggage. In addition, the hotel held a party in the dining room hall, with amplification and music like in a disco, until midnight, which in itself gave the feeling of inconsideration for the customers who did not come to celebrate at this party and gave the feeling of an inferior hotel. The hotel is outdated, there are stairs at the entrance and also at the entrance of the lift, which is clearly inconvenient and endangers the guests. you need to climb into the shower which was elevated and very difficult to climb up and down, and unfortunately on the way down I even slipped and got hit very hard. I have no doubt that other customers have been injured there more than once for the same reason. The hotel should put in non-slip rugs!

Chambre très spacieuse et confortable Proximité du centre-ville WiFi exceptionnel Petit déjeuner mieux le 2eme jour

Petit déjeuner du 1er jour seul dans la salle avec le serveur : pas de self service. Imposé les français n'aiment pas le salé. Pas de douche à l'italienne mais baignoire difficulté de sortir pour des personnes âgées.

Everything. Location- 2 minutes from central square, 10 minutes to Rosarium park and museum in quiet street. Closed private parking. Wonderful breakfast, good aircondition. Lovely personal at the reception Large room with nice bathroom and separate bidet. Really deserves it's 4 stars.

Really nothing. Only the bath was a little bit high to enter specially for people like us overweighted and over 65

La habitación era una suite y la estancia fue increíble. La atención del personal es excelente.

Salía agua de la ducha y el ascensor necesita un cambio.

Une petite étape vers la côte. La chambre était très grande et tout était très propre. Un parking privé gratuit face à l’hôtel.

Zentrale Lage. Safe, Minibar (leider nicht neu gefüllt am zweiten Tag ), Klimaanlage. Gute Matratze. Kleines Frühstücksbuffet (tiptop), wenn genug Gäste da sind. Sonst Menukarte

Klimaanlage fast nicht regulierbar. Zimmer wurde am zweiten leider nicht mehr gemacht (Bad schon). Ich sehe das als 3*, dann sollte aber der Preis dort sein
