Much recommended. Very spacious rooms, kind staff (by Vietnamese standards in a tourist town), flexible checkin (if possible), great amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, razor, soap, shampoo, daily water, daily instant coffee, daily tea, daily clean towels/sheets), minibar with refrigerator and fridge (paid, as usual), bathroom with window to main room (blinds optional), hot shower with 3 showerheads including rainshower, very well furnitured (numerous sofas, pouches, chairs) and designs, extremely big bed (2 connected queen beds spanning 360cm wide). Hotel is able to arrange transport against regular market price (no booking/agency fees), and provides (paid) laundry service. Tours & scooter rental easily accessible. Very stable & solid wifi/internet, with every room its own hotspot. Varied (continental) buffet breakfast included. Nice pool (with evening bubble streamers) in garden with plenty of colorfull fruits (tangerines, banana blossom, etc). Disclaimer: this was our first stay in Vietnam (coming from a well travelled European/Philippine perspective), but it definately exceeded all our expectations.

Only a minor issue: due to the spaciousness of the room, the aircon needs a lot of time to cool down the room, and only operates when present (due to keycard electricity switch). So it took us an entire night to get the room comfortably cooled, but after that, it was great for the rest of our stay. The room was just that big.
