Location is very central Clean Breakfast good Late check in / night box worked very well.

The noise if your room faces the street on a Saturday night (room 230) Music and people partying for half the night. Earplugs provided (which is a clue) but suggest you ask for a quiet room.

Gute zentrale Lage. gutes Frühstück, Zimmer sauber und zweckmäßig. Wir haben undenen Aufenthalt genossen.

Lärm von der Seitenstraße, wofür die Unterkunft jedoch nichts kann.

The staff member who was present on the night of the 5th June, unfortunately I didn't get his name. I had quite an unpleasant experience due to a mix up in my booking. I booked 2 nights via booking.com and subsequently added another night by messaging the property. I was meant to arrive late for my first night so I was given instructions where to find my key card and how to access the room. A week before my stay I messaged the property to confirm whether all was in order and they confirmed that my 3 night stay was confirmed. I arrived at the location close to 10pm. I made my way to the side access door as instructed, but the access code I was given did not work. I decided to check whether the main entrance was accessible and I found a receptionist who was closing up. He checked the system and advised me that my booking was for only 2 nights! I explained my situation to him and showed him all the communication clearly stating that my stay was for 3 nights, however, he did not really care. He just tried to make a phone call once. After pleading with him in vain he kicked me out even though I was visibly distressed, because he was more concerned about getting home rather than fixing a clear mistake by the hotel. Luckily I managed to find an accommodation close by. The next day I went to check in and explained the situation to another receptionist, Jaroslaw, who was really understanding and apologetic about the whole situation. He did give me a small discount although it was nowhere near the amount I had to pay for the other last minute accommodation.
