La amabilidad de la persona que nos atendió al llegar, preocupado por nosotros y disponible siempre. Conocía su trabajo y lo aplicó muy bien. Proceso muy rápido de check-in y salida. Creo que volvería a este hotel si surge la ocasión de nuevo por Nuremberg.

Acceso. Calle en obras, mal señalizado, muchas vueltas para dar con la entrada y zona aparcamiento. Tuvimos que acudir andando al hotel para preguntar y nos ayudaron, pero con el coche y google maps, imposible.
