"Beautiful comfortable hotel in a quiet location"

Large family room (with separate bedroom for the kids), clean, spacious bathroom, great to have a balcony with a view on the playground. Good breakfast.

The WiFi signal was very weak so no Internet in our room; we had to wait a long time for our coffees at breakfast

Location was wonderful and the accommodations were comfortable and spacious. Easy access to hiking trails and outdoor fun!

Our room could have used a little more attention to detail but it was functional and comfortable.

Very neat and crisp hotel, amazing location, and very friendly staff

Only a few details: bathroom ventilation a bit weak, and (but we have that in almost all hotels) head pillows have second to no filling. But those are minute minuses in an ocean of pluses!

the beautiful landscape! friendly staff

This is not excluvie of Die Alm, but the fact that the weather is nice (+30ºC) and the rooms are closed during the day and with no AC, having a duvet as a sole option to sleep with is not ideal, and i have to choose between sleeping with open window (light, noise, etc), sleeping with no cover (NOT) or sleeping with heat! and for me the purpose of a hotel is to sleep... not all the staff talked english, but they were very nice and willing to meet expectations
