The staff was amazing. Best service we have had in a long time. From the front desk to the restaurant, the staff actually enjoyed their jobs. So refreshing.

It was a little farther out of town than we usually like.

First of all, this hotel is relatively remote and far away from the hot springs we want to visit. The hotel corridor is clean, but there is no elevator. The sound insulation is very poor, and I was woken up by the sound of the door next door being closed repeatedly late at night. The corners of the bathroom are covered with dust and the back cover of the hair dryer is broken. Breakfast for 30zlt is very monotonous for one person, and the coffee in the coffee machine is not very tasty.

Good Staff, Delicious main dinner dishes, good breakfast (enough).

Half staff Don't speak English, but there is not problem, they are helpuf in everything....

I think they should change the towels when you are a more than 2/3 days guest. Nothing else.

It was clean and in good location. We arrived at night and staff member didn’t speek in English good, but she was really kind and nice, and tried the best to explain us everything.

There wasn’t shampoo and soups in room. Breakfast was very bad, there wasn’t choice, no fruits, no cereal for kids, bread wasn’t fresh, lookt like leftovers in random shapes. Big coffe mashine who didn’t work for milk coffee options.
