Room were clean but basic facilities of a gass for drinking water was not there. Tv and ac were fine. Linen was torn

Nothing in room was provided except a liquid soap . As was mentioned . toiletries..tea maker...water jug..glass...

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and cordial, making sure we felt at home from the moment we arrived. It was a delight to simply head upstairs in the evening and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. While we didn't quite enjoy the tea initially, the staff went the extra mile to prepare a strong kadak chai for us upon request, which was much appreciated.
