"Disappointing"

We arrived to the hotel at around 15:00-15:30, the guy at the reception took us to the room and didn't know English so we couldn't ask him anything. There was a towel with a black stain on it, the chair's leg was broken and when we told him about it he made a weird expression and finally just switched the chairs with the room next to us. When we wanted to go to sleep we noticed there are no blankets. We informed the receptionist and the same guy came with a pillow, so we tried to explain what we need and finally he brought us blankets. Overall the room was okay and the breakfast was good. One last thing is that there is a tennis court just below the room and we woke up early due to the noise from it. To summarize, the hotel has a potential to be good but it feels like the staff is not making an effort to make it feel this way.

"beautiful, relaxing and serene"

Amazing location by beautiful Zeta river. reception kindly waited till late to check us in at 11:30PM. car park seemed very secure as it was locked after 12 and security guard was there.

no lift but staff offered to help with luggage
