Reception don't respond to phone either land line or mobile phone Room phone was not working Breakfast was bad quality

All the staff starting from reception through other departments inside the hotel were very kind and the overall experience was truely wonderful and exceptional and we enjoyed our time there and sure we will repeat our visit soon. the location in the middle of portsaid and all services available around the hotel. Sure allowing hotel's guests to pass directly to the sea from the hotel garden will make the hotel more comfortable.
