Personal freundlich wie immer

Ausgewiesen mit Klimaanlage, bekommen hat man einen klapprigen Ventilator. Das Zimmer war auf der Südseite mit 2 Fenstern ohne Rolladen. Das Zimmer war entsprechend aufgehitzt nach 38 Grad am Tag und Runterkühlen nicht möglich. Ich war schon mal da und habe extra geprüft wegen Klimaanlage & eine andere Zimmerkategorie gewählt… aber die gibt es nicht… trotz Beschreibung im Internet!!! Außerdem hat das Internet nicht funktioniert und wurde nur abgespeist mit „man ist dran“.
