"Komfortable Übernachtung bei sehr gastfreundlichen Wirten - Top!"

Sehr freundliche Besitzer, die sich persönlich um alles gekümmert haben. Sehr sauberes Zimmer, einfach, aber komfortabel. Lage zentral, aber ruhig, 5 Minuten von der nächsten Stadtbahnhaltestelle und 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis in die Fußgängerzone. Beim Frühstück wurde jeder Geschmack bedient, von Rührei und Lachs bis hin zu veganen Optionen und einer großen Auswahl an Brotaufstrichen, Müslis und Säften. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder, vielen herzlichen Dank!

"Good enough for a short stay but customer service could definitely be improved."

The room itself was practical and clean. The check in was easy. Guests were also respectful

The reception staff (17-18/6) was a bit rude, when I asked for wifi password the next day she said " it is written literally on your hotel room door and in the reception (which was hidden from customer)". The passive aggressiveness was unnecessary in my opinion.
