I have booked with Booking one month in advance. The staff wrote me an email the evening before my arrival asking if I could check-in one day later than the booking... They didn't even call me to alert that they could't take me and they insisted telling they had no room for me. After two telcons from my side, they "magically" found a room for me. I think they wanted to re-sell the room on a higher price. The staff is not friendly at all and the breakfast is very poor with many flies on the food.
