"Bad experience, confirm booking with the hotel before traveling."

the booking did not exist in their system, I had to look for another place at 1AM in the morning. Saikat at the reception had no clue about what's happening and asked me to find another hotel. after persuading him, he managed to get me a room at Skyla Kondapur.
