I stayed with my family in this hotel in the month of Jan 2023 and they gave extra bed too without any charges and the room and facilities were good. We again went to this hotel with family in Feb but now they gave a reason that the price booked on Booking.com is very less and they are not ok with that so they charged extra for extra bed and the room this time offered was not good with no hot water and with unwashed pillow covers and bedsheets

The rooms were clean, staff were supportive. And the rooms were value for money paid.

The geyser had some issue but the staff was supportive to shift me to an other room. But there again there was issue with the Hot water. But it was manageable and given that the staff were supportive I would still prefer to stay there on my next trip
