Staff, management they didn't bother about guest, when guest asked to change the bedsheet they didn't change, even room is not clean, tv is not working bathroom is not clean. They charged for food but they didn't provided food to me and i didn't got refund

The price and hot water

The room conditions was soo bad it wasn’t painted and the room front of our room its lock was broken like someone has suicide in that room very haunted feeling and in the front of the window there was a view of electricity polls

I did not liked anything in this hotel. Pathetic hotel I have ever seen. I travelled with my family and booked 3 rooms. The corridor floor was so dirty, even the room was not clean. The room picture shown on add differ from what in real. I stayed for 3 days and no cleaning staff came to clean the room in 3 days and when asked them they said they will clean later which never happened. The mattress had a nail which could have harmed anyone.The bedsheet seemed to be reused and wasnt even washed. The behaviour of the staff was very rude, ignored if asked anything. In basic amenities they did not even provided bath towel. Overall experience was worst and I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Beautiful rooms and interiors. The room and bathroom was clean.Cleanliness and comfort. Simply great hospitality by all of them!
