Drumdevan Country House

Lovely location in a quiet street. Seems very rural but it's actually next to an estate and close to petrol stations and supermarkets (which was ideal for us). The bed was very comfortable and it was really quiet and peaceful during the night. We were 4 people, staying in 2 rooms downstairs and it was great to be able to access the garden through the side doors as we had a dog with us

The rooms could've been cleaner. The bed, toilet/shower and table were clean, but upon further inspection there was a thick layer of dust on the bathroom skirting. The mat leading outside the side door had leaves on it, there were cobwebs behind/above doors. My parents were staying in the room opposite ours and reported similar type of issues with the cleanliness, including mold behind curtains and a dead flattened mouse on a movable door mat just outside their side door (it looked like it had been there for a wee while). It was overall okay as we were only staying 1 night and the location was perfect for what we wanted to do, but I'm not sure we'd stayed there for longer.

Het was een hele grote kamer met goede bedden. Een zithoek en 2 aparte stoelen en 2 stoelen om in de relaxen. Echt een hele mooi huis. Goede proporties badkamer

Er was verder geen keuken, en geen personeel. Dus we moesten wat improviseren met ontbijt en avondeten. Het huis was gedateerd en heeft wel de nodige herstel werkzaamheden nodig, maar het ademt wel hospetality uit.

Lack of heating and towel rail in bathroom..

Comfortable bed , the porridge provided was extra to what we expected. Very comfortable, lovely old hous e in its own ground, very clean good shower good space for clothes

Rooms were really nice, comfortable beds and close proximity to town. Complimentary porridge for breakfast and room had a mini fridge which was handy. Peaceful location. Good shower.
