Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Power points conveniently located near mirror. Spacious shower room with ample hooks for hanging clothes.

Twin rooms only available on top floor (3rd) - not advised of this at point of booking.

We stayed here 2 nights 18&23 May . We had room 9 both time , it was big had plenty of room for all our motorcycle gear . Very clean and comfortable.

Location for exploring Inverness was good. We had a lab and a retriever with us and the large downstairs room with direct access to the grounds was very welcome It was quiet and very well equipped Parking easy Nice decor

Room was clean, warm and tidy, lovely big garden for the dog, towels on hand for wet dog!! Rooms were quiet and neighbours weren’t heard.

Property although clean and tidy is a little tired looking and no staff on site, so questions like where was dog friendly or just info on area couldn’t be answered.

The premises are beautiful, the room is enormous, the bed is like the ones of kings! It had a kitchen and a fridge, the shower had hot water and the bathroom was huge as well. We were left courtesy waters, some cookies, tea/coffee/milk. Everything was lovely!
