Some things in our room could use an update, like the appliances.

Waited in the lobby for almost two hours while no one came to check us in. Heard people in the office and they never came out to help us. Used the desk phone and dialed the number they had there for assistance and no one answered even though we heard the phone ringing in the back where the staff was. Was traveling for work with the military booked with them and Called ahead of time and spoke with someone and no one ever came to help us check in, ended up driving to another hotel in the area

Quiet, Great location, good wifi, great staff!

Location was within 10 minutes of Ramstein Air Force Base, which was nice as I was on holiday (12 days) to see my Airman.

Communication by the owner's could have been better. I did not find out until I was checking in that I was the only guest and that breakfast wasn't an option and for the last week of my stay, that no one, including the owner's, would be available for anything that might have come up (thankfully nothing did!). Other than this issue, my stay was pleasant.
