Comfortable stay

Rooms could be cleaner not 5-star standard

Location. Huge shower. Full cable facilities Big room. Comfortable bed and pillows Staff were polite.

Awful view of poverty shacks out of window. Rough and rugged in places of the finishing inside. Basic gym. No pool working.

I liked everything about the hotel ,The only thing that upset me was Ajit (I believe that is his name ) the manager on reception. We had booked 5 rooms between us as a family. Our flight was a late flight departing and I asked if we could keep just one room until the taxi picks us up, which was 9pm as complimentary. We had booked 5 rooms and I intended for us all to use the one room. He said he would check and let me know the following day . When asked again he said yes no problem, we gave him a tip for agreeing to do so. When we checked the rest of the rooms out and I then decided to settle the invoice for the room we extended, he had added an extra days charge to the room. When asked why he said you have the room until 9pm. I said but we asked for this as complimentary, he replied nothing is free. We then had to remove and quickly pack the rest of our belongings in a rush to free up the room to avoid the charge. This whole experience left a bad taste with us. He should have been clear and told us in advance for us to then make the choice .

Staff were good and tentative in most cases, receptionist Kushwant Singh was excellent.

our room did not have a Safe which we requested but it did not appear during our 4 day stay. Also we only had 3 hangers in the cupboard I would expect a few more. WIFI was very difficult and unless I was in the reception it hardly worked in the rooms.
