"Acceptable"

The location is good, close to several restaurants and coffee shops. The staff is really helpful and quick response when we need something. Suitable for business traveller.

The towels need to be changed since the color is slightly grey /looks dirty. The cold water in the shower doesn’t work and it is all hot water even when you switch to cold water.

"Nice and comfortable"

Room is bright and had good lighting.and good lighting control. Bed is large and comfortable. AC is big and cools fast. The room is modern without being weird and funky.

Shower pressure is not strong.

New hotel, clean and comfy. All staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast good, room was clean, good location. Everything is good, it's a nice place to stay and I was enjoyed my stay with family. Thank you.

Overall hotel is good and clean, but unfortunately there are areas that seems hot not cold enough for guest. I think the central AC aren't operate well. The staff are nice expecially Miss Kartika. Thank u foxlite

Stay at FOX for business trip, the wifi internet connection is best! The room are clean and bright, spacious, complete amenities and facilities. Location is the best, city central, near culinary and mall area.

"Good value for money."

Helpful staff and very easy booking via Whatsapp. The hotel, personally, is a good value to money you can got in the City. The location is also ideal, ca. 30-45 mins from the Airport. The food is quite good, there are rooms for improvement but all in all still good value.
