"Horrible staff behavior. Better avoid"

The allocated room had defective AC, flush tank and fan regulator. The room was on 4th floor with no elevator. The staff promised us to change the room but they didn't. Instead, the rude reply was - if you have so much problems, you can change the hotel. So we did the same.

Excellent breakfast...They have the English breakfast as well as the Nepali local breakfast and both are equally delicious! And great location, right in the middle of the buzzing Thamel, yet away from the noise. And very cozy place and the friendly staff, who go out of their way to provide you what you want.

The wifi could have been better even though there are three networks. It worked well the first day but was getting timed out. But nonetheless, the very cozy and comfortable hotel and staff, who are so friendly, make up for it.

"Home-like stay with friendly staffs"

You should try the local cuisines and drinks at the hotel. It is freshly prepared with cleanliness and hygiene.

On booking.com, it mentioned that my room will be equipped with air conditioning but when I reach there was no air conditioning and I raised my point to the receptionist but they couldn't help me out. It's requested to booking.com please ensure the equities before putting them on your website.
