everything was great

Loved our stay. The staff were friendly and greeted us each time they saw us. Wonderful, safe space for our 3year old to run around in away from any traffic. Delicious meals from the cafe down stairs as well. Our room was spacious, clean, hot water and great pressure.

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Chhabi was so accommodating and helpful in all things Kathmandu. Was of great assistance in bookings, tips, recommendations. His staff was top notch! Location is great-located in the heart of Thamel. 15 min walk from Durbar Square. A little bit further back from the street so you can avoid street noise. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Staff were super friendly and helpful, the best hot shower we had in 3 weeks. Good location in the heart of Thamel and pretty outdoor space. Efficient airport transfer.

Clearly not the fault of the hotel, but it is very noisy, however the room fan on full all night drowns it out

It's my third time staying at this property and I absolutely love it! Great location, good facilities, good food, but my favorite thing about this hotel is the awesome staff (which has become family)! They are sooooooooo incredibly nice, helpful and friendly. A must stay in Kathmandu! 🤩

Only the location was good.

Worst experience of the hotel.No transparency at all,they didn't inform us about airport pickup charges and then charged us. Didn't prepare breakfast on our last check out morning as our flight was there.Worst hotel to stay.
