Nice hotel with good room and breakfast.

We had a few ants in the room near the window.

Friendly Staff very helpful. Front desk does speak a little English. The Breakfast is Thai Food. Food is excellent. Fresh fruit coffee and Tea they had what you need in a very comfortable environment. I will be back

Old school hotel with customer service as a priority. Rooms were comfortable and bigger than usual. Showers was hot, ac was cold and the bed was softer than most in Northern Thailand. Overall, a great find at a great price.

To answer this question, I have to get really picky, and the only negative I can come up with were the eggs at breakfast were cold. But combined with the rest of my meal, just a tiny detail. As I said, had to think hard to find a negative.
