Did not meet the expectations of a 3 star rated hotel at all. It is more of a motel than a hotel. . Towels looked old and not fresh. Room although clean, did not feel fresh, maybe because of the carpet. Basic things associated with a 3 star hotel were missing. No hand soap, air extractor in bathroom not working, even side bed lights were not working and one did not even have a bulb. Stains on wall tiles and one of the bed was not comfortable as it felt deformed. I wonder how the place is classified as a 3 star hotel. There were no complimentary toiletries except tissues.
