Location and close proximity to mall and places for food etc plus funeral location I was attending

Breakfast was okay.

We were placed in a so-called “family room” that was separated from a complete stranger by nothing but a door. After paying full price, this was extremely disrespectful and unacceptable. The building had many empty rooms, yet management still thought it was appropriate to put paying adults in a room divided by a door. We could hear everything happening next door. We had to whisper, and to make matters worse, we were woken up at around 4:30am by the person next door playing music on his phone. We raised this issue the day before and asked to be moved. Even after explaining and clearly showing staff that the situation was uncomfortable, we were told it was not a good enough reason to change rooms. On top of that, the air conditioner was broken, and the staff member who saw all of this still thought it was acceptable. I have stayed here before and never experienced anything like this. As a paying customer, I felt completely demeaned. This stay was not worth the price, and I will not be returning.

Good secure parking. The room was spacious, fairly neat and clean. Tea and coffee, as well as minibar fridge. All the basics you need. A decent and substantial breakfast included.

Needed to walk around to the building at the back and find the breakfast lounge. I was not a fan of the sausage/wors at breakfast.

I liked the location, the service after complaining, the breakfast was good.

On arrival there was some confusion with the booking. I ended up in a room I called and changed, so not great. It was apparent that the room was not prepared to receive guests, and I had to ask for clean towels, a missing kettle, and batteries for the air conditioners remote.

Clean and value for money

Could do with a modern refit.
