There were too many flies in the morning so you cannot have breakfast outside. And the room could use more lights felt quite dark in the night.

Lack of food options. No fish no meat the only proteins on the menu. You expected instead to walk 15mins to a local restaurant. This gave an authentic feel to being half way across the world. But the resort food is rubbish. Other than the manager the support staff barely understand English. Which can’t be helped but the staff lack customer service skills. Overall it was a nice budget place to stay but don’t have high expectations

USJero the owner was really friendly and helpful. The room was as pictured, a bit small, but comfortable enough. The bed was comfortable enough and warm, I slept well.
Flies everywhere, but this is a problem with the area, not specifically the hotel. There was only cold water in the room and the placement of the fan was not good. The breakfast was ok, but not great. The pictures make the pool look really nice, but it's quite small, only waist high and looked pretty grimy during our stay.

AUNothing was enjoyable - these villas are a complete scam and should be removed from booking.com. The place smelt of sewage, door didn’t lock to outside making it completely unsafe, no hot water, no mosquito screens so flies were all through the room and the wall had facade holes that went to outside with no protection.

BEThe food was very good, especially the noodles. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, with a nice view and beautiful sunset.
The toilet did not flush properly. There were a lot of flies outside. So eating outside was not really an option for us.
SGLove the weather and how close it is to Mt Batur. Great scenery. Gd service. Friendly boss and great staff team. Breakfast and food for dinner were all great, reasonably priced.
Flies. Guess it's not something they can do. And quite difficult to get around without car. Think 2 nights at most
