A recepcionista foi muito atenciosa e rapida! Reservei o quarto dentro do Tranfer que levou a gente do evento LOLLAPALLOZA (interlagos) até o ponto de encontro em frente a Congonhas, reservamos e em menos de 30 minutos chegamos ao local . Chegando a recepcionista ja sabia que era uma reserva, o quarto ja estava pronto e até aí tudo bem, porem a prontidão e hospitalidade pelo Horario achei de extrema elegancia e qualidade pois eram quase 1:00 da manhã. Agradeço a recepção!
