Localização excelente. Muito próximo ao Aeroporto de Congonhas, dá pra ir a pé sem problemas. Restaurantes próximos são bons também. Vale pelo custo-benefício.

Cama desconfortável e alguns barulhos durante a noite. Acomodação antiga e pequena. Não tem frigobar.

O quarto não era limpo. Os lençóis estavam furados. O banheiro estava sujo, parecia que precisava de uma boa faxina. A única vantagem é a localização para quem precisa passar a noite aguardando o próximo voo no aeroporto Congonhas. Passei 3 horas lá e foi suficiente para nunca mais voltar.
