Atendimento e localização excelente...

The hotel is very well located, just in front of bus stations and 5 minutes walking to metro station, the rooms are small but is worth because of the money you pay. Staff was very kind, very attentive with everything I needed, they even lent me money twice, the first time didn't go to change dollars for reais to pay the bus, and they lent me and the second time was because I didn't have change to pay for an Uber, and they kindly lent me some of their own money. I found that very empathetic, and I really appreciated it. Also the breakfast was very good and complete.

The cleaning. The first 2 nights of 4 we found little cockroaches in the room, my girlfriend hate them and I know she couldn't sleep very well thinking about that. We requested for cleaning and the miss only changed blankets, towels and mopping and the room was "cleaned" in 2 minutes. I am aware is an old building but if cleaning is better I am sure there may be chance to don´t have cockroaches in the room.
