Limpeza.

Bancada da pia muito pequena, mal cabe a escova de dente em cima. Espremida num canto da parede, dificultando o movimento dos braços. Falta iluminação, fica ruim pra fazer barba e uma mulher se maquiar. Muito barulho da rua.

Não espere nenhum luxo mas para a proposta oferecida, a relação custo/benefício é boa. E neste caso a localização foi importante.

O estacionamento é bem limitado. Não tem elevador, portanto leve pouca bagagem. Durante a noite tem barulho, portanto é bom ter tampões de ouvido.
