Muy atentos ante necesidades presentadas, receptivos ante solicitudes adicionales para el desayuno y personal MUY amable.

Me gustaría que fueran piezas más oscuras y con mejor internet, ya que la verdad es que el wifi funciona pésimo.

"Infraestructura nice, personal (chicas muy guapas) muy alejadas del concepto de hospitalidad"

La infraestructura del hotel habla del rescate patrimonial de un edificio, lo que es altamente valorable, en el entendido de que se vende como un hotel Boutique. Sin embargo la atención y servicio dista mucho de lo que pretenden vender. Poca empatía y sentido común del personal. Cómo usuario se percibe que los trabajadores de allí, poco entienden del concepto de "Hospitality" y sólo están allí cumpliendo los mínimos para tener un contrato que les permita regularizar su status.

La ausencia del personal, en internalizar el concepto de "Hotel Boutique", cuando es lo que venden como producto. Me hicieron sentir como que cada cosa que solicitaba (nada fuera de lo razonable), era un favor de ellos hacia mi.

La infraestructura, en el sentido de rescatar una construcción tradicional es bien rescatable.

Falta de claridad respecto de información referida a servicios de alimentación. La falta de empatía al haber llegado 30 minutos pasado el horario de desayuno y la negación total del mismo. Se entiende la situación de los horarios, pero tb se venden como un "Hotel Boutique" y por lo mismo uno esperaría un poco de sentido común.

El personal muy amable y preocupado. El desayuno es personalizado, te atienden por mesa. Limpieza y habitaciones, excelentes. El estacionamiento no está dentro del Hotel, pero si muy cerca y es amplio.
