Everything- the attention to detail and little extras like the bedtime story on the bed. Our ranger Beth was truly amazing and made our stay- so knowledgeable ,passionate about the Reserve and the animals and so kind and considerate to my elderly parents

The Guides provide personalised care. I wanted to see Cats and David, our Guide made that happen. The resort management catered for my dietary requirements and were able to provide accommodation close to each other for our group. Good directions. From start to end, everything was organised professionally and to a very high standard.

Very little activities to do on the resort except for game drives. An entertainment centre would be nice. Other activities such as Archery, Segway, etc would be perfect.
