"Eine schöne Erfahrung"

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage und schöne Zelte. Uns waren diese etwas zu sehr „ein Haus“, aber das ist sicher Geschmackssache :)

Der Check-out lief aufgrund eines defekten Gerätes zur Zahlung etwas kompliziert. Wir hätten uns da einen freundlicheren Kontakt gewünscht. Alle anderen waren aber sehr freundlich!

Game-Drives sehr gut und kompetent.

Zahlungsmodalitäten kompliziert: Lt. Booking.com sollte in der Lodge bezahlt werden, da Kreditkarte hinterlegt. Kurz vor Reisebeginn sollte dann doch die Hälfte vorrausbezahlt werden. Auf Anfrage in der Lodge sollte die zweite Hälfte von der Kreditkarte abgebucht werden. Während der Reise kam plötzlich die Nachricht, die zweite Hälfte doch gleich zu überweisen! Unterwegs gar nicht so einfach! Transfervereinbarung vom Flugplatz-Ladysmith war umständlich, hat dann aber doch gut funktioniert. - Zelt 2 machte im Außenbereich einen abgewohnten Eindruck. Farbe! Keine Sonnenliegen. - Außendusche nach kurzer Zeit kalt.

The game drives were amazing. We saw so many different animals and our guide Brent had very good knowledge of the area and the animals. Breakfast was exceptional

The room had a lot of bugs when we arrived and the steak at lunch didn't meet our expectations

Het personeel is vriendelijk, de locatie is prachtig en het eten is goed. De gids neemt alle tijd voor het vinden van de dieren en weet ontzettend veel.

"Phenomenal - photos simply do not do this lodge justice"

Everything about this property was phenomenal, exceptional hospitality from all the staff, food was delicious and we ate like kings! The game drives were by far the best part, managed to see 4 of the Big 5. Beth was absolutely fantastic. Not seeing a Leopard was a little sad but it just means I have to come back. Worth every penny!
