Very helpful staff. Provided Cereals, fruit etc instead of US style breakfast. Very helpful in obtaining a hire car as no local places for car/ Scooter available. Very much off the tourist route. A destination for a stop over, not longer stay.

Bathroom was small and not good lighting. Air con ok but takes a while to cool.

The whole New York loft vibe works well with lots a great detail in the overall design. Feels quite different to a lot of other places we have stayed in Thailand. Rooms are generous in size and quiet and there are places to sit outside of your room which I loved.

The staff member when we first arrived was very helpful. She helped us write down some vegetarian food for the restaurant nearby. My husband and son’s room was very nice (3rd floor) the larger double room.

Some of the rooms are nice but some haven’t been refurbished. We booked the more expensive rooms but mine didn’t have any hot water. I asked to move room but they only had a twin with no bath on the same floor as the rest of my family. So they moved me downstairs but these rooms are old and not renovated (2nd floor). The room the offered wasn’t renovated and not properly cleaned. I tried to communicate with the staff in the morning but she didn’t want to acknowledge any problem. I asked to have breakfast but she just ignored me. Very strange for Thailand.

Comfortable room in a location not visited by many tourists. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

Room setup. Public sitting areas. Friendly staff. The location was good for me (travelling by bicycle) as it was close to shops and restaurants.

Breakfast arrangements. Booking.com states buy breakfast at property for 100 baht as there wasn't the option to include it in my room reservation. I was told it costs 200 baht as breakfast is sold by the room (2 persons) and not individually... Two phone calls by the friendly receptionist to the manager later, I still couldn't win the argument. I wasn't willing to pay for breakfast for an 'imaginary' friend and left it at that.
