"No hot water or wifi in the room"

Very convenient location, close to main beaches and the airport, nice swimming pool and beach area, very tasty breakfast.

No Hot water at all during my stay, receptionist was telling me each time in 2 h hot water will came back, that somebody will check it, somebody will fix it. Very inconvenient as i wanted to be refreshed before my flight to Europe. No wifi in the room, i had to charge my phone to have wifi. This is for sure not 4 **** hotel
