The Bliss Angkor

We could not have asked for a better stay at The Bliss Angkor Hotel in Siem Reap! Everything was simply wonderful, and the staff could not have been more welcoming, warm, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, they went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, were comfortable, and felt truly at home, while remaining incredibly professional. We stayed in the villa, which was lovely, very comfortable, and far more spacious than we had expected. The experience felt comparable to a 4-5 star hotel, yet at an exceptionally attractive rate, certainly not what one would expect to pay for such a high level of service. The hotel’s location was also ideal, just a short distance from the city centre and its excellent restaurants, yet situated in a quieter neighbourhood that we enjoyed very much. Our stay at The Bliss Angkor Hotel made our visit to Siem Reap even more special. We sincerely hope to return in the future, and we thank everyone at The Bliss Angkor Hotel from the bottom of our hearts for such a memorable stay.

C'est un hotel magnifique avec un personnel adorable, très disponible, avec de nombreuses attentions. La piscine est agréable et ombragée. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Les repas servis au restaurant de l'hotel sont délicieux et dans un bon rapport qualité prix.

We loved everything about our stay. All of the staff were so lovely and welcoming. The room was large and comfortable. Shower was great and loved having a balcony area. Pool was fantastic to cool down after the heat of the day and always had water and nuts brought out. The food in the restaurant was exceptional and everything we tried was delicious. I haven’t stayed anywhere before where I was so sad to have to leave at the end of our trip

Small boutique hotel. Great location— just outside the hubbub. The staff were very diligent in ensuring you had a good stay. We would come back hot and sweaty and be greeted by cold towels and ice cold tea. If you sat poolside they would bring peanuts and cold water. Food is well made and exceptionally reasonable. Rooms were very clean and good water pressure. Pillows were nice and fluffy! It was our best hotel in this vacation thus far.

Only feedback would be look at what you can do in regards to the mosquitos in the main toilet area downstairs

O hotel é pequeno, há muitos funcionários e eles estão sempre prontos a nos atender da melhor maneira. Quarto amplo e bem iluminado. No café da manhã há um menu, opções de escolha. Se tiver de fazer algum passeio muito cedo o hotel oferece opção de box que é bem direitinho. A piscina, não usei, mas, me pareceu ser muito boa. No meu quarto não havia secador de cabelo mas solicitei na recepção e prontamente deixaram um secador no meu quarto. O hotel possui restaurante e tudo que comemos estava delicioso.

One staff at the restaurant has low proficiency in English. Couldn't understand our orders. More training needed

Fantastic straff, always helpful and glad, good food and service. Pool was perfect temperature and we always got water and snacks when using. Also took care of transports, gave us a late checkout and let us use the pool, showers etcetera after we checked out, since we had a late flight. A fantastic stay, really recommend.
