The welcome from staff was excellent. The chocolates and gift bag was a lovely surprise. The gym, sauna and jacuzzi were most useful and well designed. The layout of the hotel with panoramic views was brilliant. I enjoyed the hammock. Thank you for the tea/coffee area and especially for the English breakfast black tea!! The only hotel of ten so far in Brazil to have black tea, all English people love it. Towels for trips was an excellent idea.

Breakfast takes too long and too much food put on the tables. Delicious food congratulations to the chef. There would be less waste if the food was laid out on one central table for guests to help themselves, staff could then ask “how would you like your eggs”. Less waste equals higher profits for hotel. For example with tea on my table I was then brought hot chocolate to drink and also herbal tea?

O café da manhã incrível, delicioso, feito com muito capricho e cuidado. O Hotel cheio de detalhes que impressionam pela sua delicadeza e requinte. Agradecemos a toda a equipe de funcionários do hotel, que entenderam perfeitamente a missão de proporcionar aconchego e comodidade para os hóspedes. Todos muito atenciosos e cordiais. O nosso final de semana foi maravilhoso!!! Parabéns!!!

A única coisa que sugerimos é colocar um pouco de aquecimento na piscina. A água estava excessivamente gelada. Não conseguimos entrar.

A ce niveau, il faudrait tout de même faire un effort sur l'anglais, c'est problematique (notamment au restaurant ou au bar)

De tudo, desde o atendimento da recepção ao restaurante, além de um lugar que me senti em casa.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel! Die Stimmung ist familiär und sehr harmonisch...man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Wir hatten hier das ausgiebigste Frühstück unseres Lebens und wurden jeden Tag aufs Neue verwöhnt. Auch das Restaurant ist absolut empfehlenswert...sehr hochwertige und geschmackvolle Küche zu guten Preisen. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
