De bar, personeel en de hygiëne. Het was ruim

We kwamen in een 65+ hotel. Het was een oudere soos. Wij hadden geen goed moment uitgekozen voor dit hotel te boeken. Met 2 jonge kinderen was dit geen prettige ervaring. Het ontbijt en het avond eten kon ook wat meer Italiaanser

The bar area was the most lobely one. The manager, Claudia, very welcoming and warm. The staff at the bar was nice and friendly. Claudia was the highlight from a personnel srandpoint. The bar was great - plenty of choices from beverage to food. Very nice location. Clean swimming pool.

The food was bland and boring. The staff asked for money for anything ie. Shower cap (€3) towels for the spa (€2 each), room service (€5), jacuzzi (€2 for 7 minutes per person). Mini bar empty with just two small bottles of water (€2 each). Such strict rules around lunch and dinner time that you couldn't even grab a coffee a minute past they'd close (buffet style). Coffee machines v outdated and coffee didn't taste nice. Male staff v intrusive with their predatory looks - some quite rude too.

The room had a nice view, the breakfast was rich but the same every morning. Location

The hotel needs renovation, and so do the rooms. The equipment is old, the beds are uncomfortable and terrible. We only stayed for 2 days, so we didn't bother. There is an electric cabinet in the room that made a very disturbing sound, especially before going to bed. POOL; FITNESS; SAUNA; should have been open all day but they were opened in the afternoon from 4pm-7pm. If you wanted to enter, you had to buy a swimming cap. The sauna is also charged. The breakfast was rich but monotonous.
