Les rideaux inutiles car mal fixés. La non information que les téléphériques étaient en révision et donc fermés et que le prix reste le même, aucune ristourne pour la non utilisation de ceux-ci qui étaient compris dans le prix global.

Location was very close to the therme Staff very nice Includes entrance to therme on check in day and check out day

They didn't have soy milk or milk without lactose on breakfast Cable car didn't work

Hôtel très bien situé, à seulement 1 minute à pied des bains, accessibles facilement en peignoir. Le centre de Loèche est également accessible à pied sans problème. La chambre est assez spacieuse, avec un balcon équipé d’une table et de chaises. Même si la décoration pourrait être modernisée, les lits sont confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est bon et varié. Le personnel est très gentil, accueillant et professionnel. L’accès illimité aux bains, du jour d’arrivée au jour de départ, est un vrai plus qui rend le séjour très agréable.
