Despite the booking confirmation, upon arrival there was no one at the property. The establishment did not answer phone calls and could not be contacted. We had to find another place about a 50-minute drive from this hotel. I do not recommend it.

The property was nice and comfortable with a good breakfast and friendly staff. The location while around 2km from the main road, is good for a night stop if you are traveling from Cuzco to Ayacucho. Also, there are some places to visit around (although we had no time to do it).

We had challenge to communicate when we have arrived (we do not speak Spanish), but with help of someone over the phone all went fine. Once you enter the gate the property looks very well, but the surrounding (outside) area is a little bit rundown (especially that we arrived at night).

Beautiful location on the outskirts of Limatambo, wonderful staff who prepared us a delicious late dinner, very clean and comfortable room and bathroom, parking inside the premises

In Peru no heating and no good windows, so night is cold

There was no hot water in the shower. Internet did not work as mencioned in booking. Credit card payment did not work. We had to pay cash.
